2-Days Romantic Couple Photo Session in Bali | Zen & Valli’s Adventure
As a passionate Bali photographer, I had the absolute pleasure of capturing a heartfelt couple photo session in Bali with Zen, from Lombok, Indonesia, and Valli, from Italy. Fun, easygoing, and deeply in love, they chose Bali’s stunning landscapes to document their story in a two-day photography journey filled with beauty, emotion, and adventure.

Their experience blended both prewedding in Bali and post wedding photo session concepts — reflecting their shared love for nature, especially Bali’s breathtaking waterfalls. Every location was carefully selected to showcase dramatic scenery while allowing space for quiet, intimate moments between them.

Day 1: Tegalalang Rice Terrace, Blangsinga Waterfalls, Cepung Waterfall & Cemagi Beach
The first day of the session began in the morning light at the world-famous Tegalalang Rice Terrace, surrounded by vibrant green layers and a peaceful rural backdrop. Zen and Valli’s chemistry made every frame effortlessly beautiful. We then explored Blangsinga Waterfall, followed by the enchanting Tukad Cepung Waterfall, where sunlight streams through a cave to create a magical, golden spotlight — a favorite for couples seeking a fairytale setting.
As the sun began to set, we headed to Cemagi Beach, known for its volcanic rock cliffs and uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean. The golden hour lit up the waves and sky, closing the first day on a breathtaking note.

Day 2: Tamblingan Lake, Tamblingan Temple, Munduk Waterfall & Mengening Beach
Day 2 started early at the misty and mystical Tamblingan Lake, with its still waters and wooden canoes creating a serene, cinematic setting. After that, Zen and Valli shared quiet moments at a beautiful traditional Balinese temple, embracing the island’s rich culture.

Next, we traveled to Munduk Waterfall, a powerful and lush location perfect for adventurous couples. Zen and Valli especially loved the waterfalls — which is why they chose to include three unique waterfalls in their shoot. The final location was Mengening Beach, where the crashing waves and setting sun added a dramatic, romantic touch to wrap up the experience.
